What to include

  • A word that should (or shouldn’t) count: tell us the word and the letters of the hive, or the date of the daily puzzle.
  • A wrong answer on a daily page: include the date and what looks off.
  • A bug: your device, your browser (for example Safari on iPhone or Chrome on a Chromebook) and what happened.
  • Ideas and feedback: all welcome. Many of our features started as reader suggestions.

Privacy requests

To ask about the data we hold or to opt out of anything, email us with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, which is very little.
